Hey, where did the blog go?

I have been staring at this sticky note on my computer monitor for about three months now.

For about 5 years, I’ve written about exercise, mindset, wellness, motherhood and how all those things tie together.

I think it was ok.

Some of the posts were informative, some were funny. All were there for a reason.  I felt compelled to write the truth.

After spending many years in the fitness industry, moving on to holistic wellness, coaching and writing about living a healthy lifestyle I have learned that physical wellness is the tip of the iceberg.

And really, REALLY…it’s a huge distraction for the underneath layers (and layers and layers) of mental and spiritual health that so often go unaddressed.

So, what does that mean for me now?

I have been immersed in learning about some of those deeper layers. For myself personally and for our culture as a whole. I have been thinking and writing and digging up some stuff. (Fun times).

I am not quite ready to share.  For now, it’s good for me to write just for myself.

At the same time, keeping all my fitness and wellness posts up didn’t feel authentic anymore. So, you may notice that the blog looks a little naked at the moment!

I think that it will fill up again but I can’t say for sure when or how.
