MAMAFiT Stroller Strength & Cardio
MamaFit Stroller Strength & Cardio is a full body workout. Using weights, bands and body weight we’ll target every muscle group and weave in cardio intervals to get the most efficient fat burn in the shortest amount of time! This class is appropriate for all fitness levels. Options for high and low impact will be demonstrated. Babies can sit in their strollers or be worn, depending on the level of intensity you opt for.
