Facts about me:

  • I used to be super into exercise and thought it would solve all my problems and make me love my body.  It didn’t.
  • I was a personal trainer and wellness coach but was constantly fighting against diet culture.
  • I wrote a book about getting off the diet and exercise hamster wheel. I think it’s pretty good. Now that it’s all written down, that’s all I have to say about that.
  • I have a lot to say about a lot of other things.
  • I live with a bunch of dudes – 3 sons and 1 husband.
  • I love red wine and nachos. But usually not together. Sometimes together.
  • I love to run because it gives me alone time to listen to audiobooks.
  • I spend a ridiculous amount of time looking for lost shoes (not my own).
